We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.  The customer is responsible for return costs unless goods are damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended if it falls over a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by submitting a return request through your order confirmation or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the 14-day return window applies.

Returns Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
