UK shipping

All products are made in Scotland and shipped from either Edinburgh or Hawick in the UK and are dispatched within 2 working days.

All orders are usually shipped by RoyalMail, DPD and Evri Drop Off options are also available - Please let me know if you would prefer a different method - Happy to try and accommodate.

Please get in touch if you order hasn't arrived by the Estimated Delivery Date quoted on your order and I'll do everything I can to help

International shipping

All International orders are shipped via Royalmail who hand over to your local postal carrier, and are fully trackable.  

Delivery times are estimates and delays due to customs are outwith my control but I will do everything I can to help.

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.  If you order hasn't arrived by this date please let me know and I'll so what I can to help. 

International Customs

USA updates - As of the 29th August all orders entering the USA are now subject to tarriffs/customs duties.  These are calculated at checkout and paid in advance, so you have no extra fees to pay on delivery. 

Europe Duties and VAT - A of 1st July the EU have introduced a 3euro customs fee per item.  For the following EU and European Countries any duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so no other charges should be applied.

All other countries

Any customs duties or taxes are payable locally.  Most countries have a minimum order level so low value orders are not normally taxed, but if you want confirmation happy to try and confirm.
